A final report on the basic and detailed design of the "Establishment of Comprehensive plan of Cross-Border Checkpoint Facility at International Border Trapeang Srae, Cambodia (Year 2)" was held in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

Starting from the feasibility review in Year 1, which began in 2022, this two-year project is now nearing completion, covering both the second year of basic and detailed design. The initial feelings of envy regarding the freedom of overland movement across borders are still fresh in my memory.

Becoming familiar with elements such as ODA, customs facilities, border terminals, and traditional Khmer architecture has been particularly profound and impactful.

I would like to express my gratitude to the officials from Cambodia's MPWT Logistics Department for overseeing the final report meeting. Additionally, I appreciate the hard work of Senior Advisor Yoo Han-jun, the International Contractors Association of Korea(ICAK), the research teams from Samoo CM, Incheon University, and Incheon Institute.  

Lastly, I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the GEN Architecture and CACPM team members for their dedication in completing the detailed design despite challenging circumstances.
